The Challenge

315 Cuisine was seeking a refined, consistent, and visually elevated social media presence that aligned with the sophisticated, moody, and intimate atmosphere of their restaurant. The ownership team was adamant that the online identity should reflect the in-person dining experience and attract not just customers, but the right kind of customers.

    Our copy paired with visuals to build a cohesive digital voice: sophisticated, yet accessible. Posts aren’t just informative — they are evocative, driving curiosity, and often, conversation. We’ve received countless comments from guests who came in specifically because of something they saw on 315’s social media account.

  4. Community Growth + Strategic Engagement
    Since beginning our partnership in May 2024, the growth has been undeniable. Their Instagram following has climbed by thousands, with combined content views well into the hundreds of thousands. Engagement — likes, shares, saves, and DMs — has skyrocketed, with feedback frequently centered around how well the content captures the “feel” of 315.

  5. Driving Anticipation Around Specials + Events
    One of the most impactful aspects of our strategy has been building hype around specials, new menu items and seasonal events. Whether it’s a summer Garden Parties, a new steak special, or new drink items, our content rollout strategy has helped pack the dining room / patio — sometimes within hours of a post going live. In many cases, diners mention seeing a specific Reel or post as the reason they made their reservation.
